We had Alert 360 take over the monitoring of our Honeywell system. Camden Watts, our sales rep, is very knowledgeable, professional, and experienced. The technician did an outstanding job with the change over and set up the system as we requested. One of our Tuxedo Touch controller went out about 3 months after the change. They replaced it with no questions asked. On the few occasions when we set the alarm off (glass break sensor), they responded immediately each time. Very satisfied!
