I have had Alert 360 for several years. My outdoor camera stopped working nor would my electronic lock connect to the app. Today Ron arrived and installed a new updated camera as well as a new electronic door lock, both of which I can control on the app. He also connected my garage door control so I can open and close it on the app. Excellent responsive service. I highly recommend Alert 360!
