Very frustrating experience with Albert the Chimney Sweep. We had a chimney cap that was leaking into our home. We called and put a down payment in November, it was their busy time but they assured us it was a quick job and she could “send him out on a Saturday if he needed to” they did not come out to fix the cap for 4 months, all while snow and rain was leaking into our house.
