Another good experience with Albert Nahman. (Called them to track down the source of a leak in my upstairs shower) The leak diagnostic was expensive but ended up saving thousands since it revealed the pipes and valves were not leaking. Turns out my leak is likely related to grout damage from recent earthquakes. If you want an honest plumbing company, who shows up on time, explains options to repair your problems, and cleans up after the do work. This is the company for you.

Outstanding service and took the time to explain the repair process for my Rheem Electric Heat Pump. Charles was very informative and thorough on what the repair process was going to entail as well as being very polite and courteous! Bottom line... he came and listem to what my issue was and explained in simple layman's term on how he was going to repair the tank.

Refrigerator water shut off valve replacement turned into the plumber breaking my pipe (twisted the base of the valve without a wrench holding the pipe) then charging me $600 extra to fix what he broke on top of the $350 for the valve. Shady business.

I needed help getting something out of the toilet that accidentally got flushed. I am so thankful that Michael came to my rescue very quickly. Such a relief. Thank you 😊

My mom’s toilet wasn’t working properly for days, and we weren’t certain how far down the clog was so we decided to play it safe and hire a plumber. Glad we chose Albert Nahman Plumbing — excellent communication and follow up. The technician was also professional and friendly; sent photos/video later that the toilet was fixed. Monowar is awesome! We were notified by EBMUD that we're using 150 gallons of water per day. I thought it was our old water heater but it turns out it was our toilet overflowing. Monowar had the toilet parts and was able to get us fixed right away.

Great service but high prices

The plumber that they sent out to us, Tara, was terrific. We use one of our bathtubs primarily for bathing our dog. The makeshift faucet contraptions were not doing the job. She looked at the need and told us she would research the best, most economical solution after work. Good to her word, she found the appropriate fixture, a faucet with a built-in diverter for a hand-held spray attachment. She installed it with care. We are very happy!
