We’ve had Alarm Hawaii for a year now and unfortunately realized it’s not the right fit for us. The service has been more of a headache than a help. One major issue is that we’re locked into a 5-year contract, and canceling requires paying out the remaining years—no flexibility at all. Their billing system is extremely outdated. You either have to mail a check or call in a credit card. For recurring payments, they actually ask you to email your credit card information, which I find very concern

Walked past ABC and tech was finally putting up cameras, looks very professional. -Side note- website option on Google sends directly to spam site.
