Do not use this company! They have no communication and they do not honor their word!! I needed a four by four spot fixed on my floor, told me they could fix it no problem, two days later they went back on their word (even though it was their company were the ones who layed my floor). They are terrible and will lie to your face.

I used Alan's for floor installation and shower remodel in Jan.2023. I went there because I trusted one of the employees who I worked with in real estate for years. My floors look good, though there were several broken baseboards that they never repaired. But my shower is the problem, after 2 1/2 years it is literally falling apart. We had issues after 6 mos and it took forever forever for anyone to acknowledge it, even the owner who I was calling directly. Someone was always out of the off
