Ajacks cleans tree roots out of our sewer lateral once per year. We first used Ajacks in 2001 when no other contractor could open up a clog in our sewer lateral. After several failed, Ajacks came out and cleaned it out 1-2-3. We have used them ever since.

Jim was amazing! He was on time, friendly and very professional. He didn’t rush anything and took a lot of time to make sure things were perfect before leaving. He fixed our clogged drains from the roof so he didn’t have a huge mess in the bathroom or have to remove the toilet…and educated us about keeping them clean. He treated us like family. I called for a floor drain backing up in my basement. Jacob arrived within 2 hours of calling and fixed my problem quickly. He was professional and the price was fair. Definitely worth calling the local guy.

I could not possibly be happier with the service I received from Ajacks. I had an absolutely horrible experience with Mr. Rooter, where they arrived late, charged me an exorbitant amount, and left telling me that they did not fix the problem and that it was only a matter of time before another backup occurred. When my sewer pipe backed up 3 weeks after they had come out, I was referred to Ajacks. They were on time, they were friendly, and they fixed my problem at only a fraction of the price.
