Great service

I will never use them again or ever recommend them to anyone. My house is still at 80 and when I called back trying to get someone out I’m told management was told by their technician that I was watching the entire time that he nearly fell through my floor which never happened. After waiting over 20 minutes for them to get a manager to talk to me because the excuse of “I almost fell because there’s no sheet rock on the floor” makes no sense since Sheetrock is for walls and not floors.
