Bait and switch!!! Buyer beware!!!! They say they charge by time at the residence, confirmed with both the tech and the office prior to booking. Tech was at the property for less then 30 mins, they charged for an hour as it’s their “minimum booking time” even though I confirmed with both the tech and the office prior to booking the service. Unfortunate. Buyer beware!!!!!!

I don't know how this company stays in business. They are terrible. I live in a 3yo home and they cannot service their warranty work. They can out to diagnose the a/c after a 10 day wait. They had to "order parts" from the mainland. After they finally came in the tech fried our pump. Another 5 weeks of waiting and they came last week to install the thermostat they fried only to find out they now need the cooling fan for the unit. We have been doing business with AC Unlimited for 24-years now. Their service is excellent, they are very reliable and trustworthy. The field techs are polite, friendly and informative.
