HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. We originally had a good experience with this company when they installed sump pumps and French drains in our basement. But when they installed a sump pump in the crawl space of our new addition, they did a horrific job. We have had water pooling so badly by the foundation that the A/C units have sunk into the ground! No follow-up and do not return your calls. I've been waiting 3 weeks to have a job then did to be re-inspected due to high humidity and water rising from beneath the floor and keep getting told a technician will call me. When, after the warranty expires?
