I am trying to reach affordable solar for last 5 month to schedule a solar cleaning service which they sold me as 10 year free solar cleaning service after the time of solar installation. Their service number never works. The support team never answers.

6 months! The back and forth I have trying to locate a replacement part their installer ordered, used a random name, wrong address, wrong phone number. Now that I’ve found the part, I’m looking into cancelling the contract. Nobody seems to know who this name is and the number leads to some woman in FL with no affiliation with this company.

Repeat business for a reason. Affordable did such a fantastic job on our panels several years ago, it was an easy choice when replacement time came for the roof. The price was competitive and the service was above. The timely communication was great, especially when working around rain and panel re-install. Justin was honest and kept things on schedule.
