I contacted this company to hire them and provided all the information I had available. I explicitly directed them to inspect the pool themselves if they needed additional details in order to prepare a quote—which is standard and part of their job. Instead, I was met with an arrogant and unhelpful response from the male staff/secretary member who answered the phone.
