Water heater installation

Worked about 30-40 min. Found some tree root about 30 foot down. Told me it broke his snake and that he didn’t have the bigger snake with root saw charged me $700 and left. If you think you have a tree root problem, this is not the plumbing company to call. My experience makes me question the accuracy of Google reviews. Also, questionable that they are not listed on Yelp.

It was great working with Brian, the owner of this company. He’s extremely knowledgeable and a good communicator. They were prompt and professional. Highly recommended and will definitely be using them again for any other plumbing needs.
