They market all over that they are 24/7 and can fix any lock yet they don’t return calls. I called on a Friday at 2:30 and left message my lock was locked and would not unlock on my front door. No return call. I heard nothing all weekend. Monday I called again. Left another message. They say they will return calls promptly. Left both messages on recorders due to no one answers. Still no call and it’s Thursday evening, 6 days after original call. Pathetic way to do business. No excuse. Change you
