I've used them multiple times and was happy to get an appointment on the next business day with Chris. He came out right on time and tested, adjusted, and repaired my sprinkler heads. He patiently answered my questions about how to maximize my coverage and any maintenance I needed to do to keep the system running. The price was affordable at $150 for the service call. I have used them twice - once to find a leak in my irrigation under my lawn and the second time to add some additional drip lines to my landscaping. The first time it was like the repairman was a "water whisperer" - found the leak by walking around on the lawn and finding the soggy spot. Dug down, fixed the piping, and cleared out and set the sprinkler heads so they were all working again. I was amazed (especially since the lawn and irrigation was put in less than a year beforehand).
