Terry did not inspect or label window issues/ where specifically in the house they were found. There was one picture of the exterior of a window included in the report when in reality there were multiple issues with multiple windows not reported. It seems he also tested a singular outlet and called it a random sample. He also did not label which outlet(s) he tested or where in the house this outlet was tested.
