I contacted Affordable Gas Fireplace on January 19th and a technician arrived to my home on January 22, 2026 to trouble shoot an intermittent ignition issue with my Heat & Glo gas fireplace. The technician arrived promptly at 10:00 and was professional and seemed knowledgeable. He proceeded to check different components of the fire place, including the electrical connections to the control module. He indicated that if the problem persis
