We had an emergency situation with a backed up kitchen sink and needed a plumber/drain service immediately. This all happened on a Saturday morning and within 1 hour of us placing the call, Kenny showed up. He was nice, friendly and very professional and best of all - he took care of the issue quickly. They were able to come out the same day which was nice and the workers were really Pleasant and they even cleaned up after themselves but a week and a half later the problem persisted and when I called them to let them know they said yes we can come out but we're going to charge you. So I was charged $250 for work that only lasted a week and a half.
