I had a scheduled air duct cleaning appointment today from 11:00 AM–2:00 PM. As of 2:50 PM, no one had arrived or contacted me with an update. I called the office nearly an hour after the appointment window ended to ask what was going on, and was told that someone from the office team would call me back - without any apology or explanation for the no-show or lack of communication. If this is how appointments are handled, this is not a business I want to work with.
