Steve completed the job well, even despite the seller's interference and difficult inspection. had video and picture's uploaded to a very easy to follow written report on inspection. My only recommendation is get a better camera for filming that has a stabilizer. if you had higher quality videos that were stable, it would really increase the immersive experience of following along and allow for a more detailed examination from the buyer's standpoint. only complaint is the poor quality video expe
