The owner was absolutely wonderful and describing and explaining to me why all other vacuum companies are illegitimate companies that are more focused on money than actually maintaining my floor I bought a classic and I have yet to see a reason why I would go to any other company Electrolux apparently is almost 100 years old and to this day they perform absolutely wonderful Best vacuum cleaner I've ever had in my life
