Posting this specifically for their “business manager” (quotes intentional) as he made the entire experience even worse. The job was sloppy. They ruined my carpet. And I’m sure he will post some sad false apology response to this as well. That reply made the entire experience 1 star. What a way to end it on a sour note

Was excited to work with these folks. Very nice and up front costing. However the fine details of the finished product was missing. Small dents here and there. They Scratched hardware that we purchased and we had to purchase another set. We spent a week waiting for new shower cartridges because they didn't know what type we should get.
