Steve is very patient and extremely knowledgeable. I feel that he is trustworthy and I plan to call him whenever I need a home inspection. I won’t hesitate to refer my friends to him.

I recommend Steve to all my buyers, he is very thorough and gives you the good, the bad and the ugly. He hides no truth and he will walk through the home with the clients, after he does his inspection. I've been using his services as a Home Inspector here in Hawaii since 2007. I would not recommend Steve Goodwin from Advantage Hawaii Home Inspection. I would give him 0 stars if I could. We had multiple issues with this inspector when we hired him to do an inspection of a condo we were buying. First of all, he quoted $280 on the phone but charged us $330. Also, his website says that he e-mails you the initial report and later you will receive a hard copy of the report in a binder (he even has a picture of it posted on his website).
