We bought a generator from this company and it had lots of trouble from the get-go. Paid a lot for it! I asked a few times to please get me one that worked. After difficult convos and lots of phone calls, they agreed to fixing it. Unfortunately it was temporary and lasted about a year. Now they won’t come out without a $90 service call. Who knows what will happen next $$$ but maybe another company out there can help?

My panels were installed in 2017 by Advanced Solar and Electric. The inverter went out of service in December 2024. There were some issues with obtaining parts from their supplier and it appears that they no longer have a system that enabled monitoring over the internet through the cell phone system. I have been chasing them for two days but cannot get them to answer the phone or to call me back. They used to be good; I don't know what happened to them.

I've used them for two residential solar installations, as well as a panel dis-mount and re-mount during a roof replacement, and every interaction with the company has been top notch. I unfortunately contracted one solar job with a different company, who then completely screwed up the install and left me in a bind.
