ARS was wonderful. They came to my flooded basement quickly before mold could form. The demolition and restoration crews were polite, smart, trustworthy, very skilled professionals and easy to communicate with. Customer service was always available. ARS worked smoothly with my insurance company. Trust the Company you pick out based on reviews and BBB rating, not the contractor your insurance company makes a deal with.

Edit: After my initial review both the owner of ARS and a customer service manager reached out to me about the issues I had with the company. I unfortunately missed the owner but the manager I spoke with couldn't have been more courteous. She listened to my complaint and informed me that the individual who had told me that correcting a billing issue is a courtesy no longer worked at the company.
