I would give them zero stars but it won’t let me. They take forever to call to schedule an appointment. When they finally do come the technician doesn’t make sure everything is working and you can’t have them come back because they can only take care of what the original service call was for. Take my advice DO NOT GO WITH ADT

I will never recommend this company to anyone. While trying to move, after having their service for a year of a three year contract, I am now in a new three year contract and I have to remove all my equipment myself when I was told a tech would take care of that, no charge. Extremely disappointed with ADT’s service. My monthly bill was increased by $10 without any prior notice or explanation. I contacted customer service requesting clarification and a refund, and they were completely unhelpful. I then tried to cancel the service and was kept on hold for an unreasonable amount of time, with no resolution. The process feels intentionally difficult and frustrating.
