ADT is NOT compatible with Starlink! But my 83-year old mom has a contract until 2027, so there’s nothing she can do. ADT is very disappointing.

Began a security service in 2024. Added camera service in May of 2025 and eight days later we were having problems. Cameras would stop recording audio was unrecognizable and we were assured it could be fixed. We spent the next six months trying to work with our ADT representative in Las Vegas and just went around in circles. We most recently found out they had a major management turnover situation had occured due to the treatment of customers. We have complained to the BBB (didn't help at all),
