alarms do not work, needs battery after battery, sends wrong ones, canceled account with not call back, DO NOT RECCOMEND terrible customer service.

The online call center team for cancelling is most definitely scammers. they will lie and also start yelling at you until you get frustrated. I am still paying for 66$ a month for an address that i lived in 2 years ago and they wont cancel. I am sure any of the call center employees can easily confirm what i am saying.

This review is not necessarily for this specific location but ADT corporate. Their multiple websites and apps and functionality of sites... Why so many different apps?? I spent multiple days chatting online and calling and talking to reps only to be disconnected. Today was no different, spent 2 hours just trying to add a credit card, consolidate bill for 4 locations. Eventually have the last agent on chat tell me I have to call to change credit card number!!! Ridiculous.
