I absolutely recommend specifically working with Ryan. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, as he has worked throughout all aspects of the security industry, for ADT and other companies. He seems to legitimately care more about helping his customers, even if the project is small. He didn't try to upsell, and was responsive for follow through and ensuring installation went good. He has restored my faith in the alarm business and I'm starting to recommend most of my own friends to him.

My experience of my recent installation process was great! The technician was very knowledgeable and understanding. He made sure that he provided me with the equipment and service that I wanted. He had a to creat pieces to make the equipment work, he stayed until the job was completed and kept the best attitude ever. The job took 10 hours to complete. One of their drivers almost hit me then had the audacity to come around pull up on the side of me flip me off and call me an asshole. I called and tried to file a complaint, but they transferred me to a third-party service where I couldn’t even get in touch with anybody directly Completely unprofessional. Do not go here.
