Customer service with this company is horrible. Doesn’t matter if you’ve been a customer for years, you can’t get decent service from them. Trying to get anything accomplished over the phone is like being in a circle of hell. Someone puts you on hold for ten minutes only for some other random person to pick up and make you start over again. I have been a customer for over 7 years. I have their system I my previous hoe and never had an issue. In 02/23 I moved and immediately installed a security system in my new home.
