Amazing service. My AC went out during the night. I called ADD in the morning and talked to Bill and his service tech Klaytin showed up 30 mins later. Great work and imformative on what was needed to get my AC running again.Klayton replaced my AC capacitor, contactor and added a hard start within the hour. Many of us have been struggling with our A/C and Furnace combo for years... Installed in most of our manufactured homes.. We called Add Air on Sunday. ( They were open). The owner, Bill answered the phone. We told him what our issue was and he said he could have some out in an hour. 30 minutes later a technician (James) was at our door. He looked over our old equipment and within minutes showed me where the problem was and explained my options, then gave me a written quote. Add air is amazing. I put in a call because my a/c wasn’t working on Tuesday at 3 pm. We had a brand new a/ c up and running by 8 am on Wednesday. Great service from booking the appointment to the full installation I cannot say enough about Bill and his crew. Thank you so much for saving us when it was so hot outside.
