I would 100% recommend Adam's services. There are a few things that stood out to me and that we really appreciated as first-time homebuyers. First, he was really friendly and made us feel at ease with the whole process. He over-explained everything, which we needed him to, since we weren't very knowledgeable about the buying process or home construction/improvement. Second, he was timely with delivering the report and I really liked the system he uses to present the finding and the photos/videos
