Ed was great and super nice and knowledgeable. Came here on a Sunday and it was Mother’s Day to change a spring for a single door and noticed that the other single door’s wire was rusted. And wow it was ready to break one strand of that wire left. Then I said the door was squeaking then he noticed that last June when I had a different company install a spring on that door the guy never put the bearing back on the pipe in the middle where it’s on the bracket. That was almost worn all the way thro
