Although Mike & I had issues playing telephone tag (& we resorted to texting), to his credit he followed up to make the appointment. Hopefully the results will not alter my 5 Stars rating. He arrived during the time frame he promised & inspected the areas of concerns. He "fogged" the obvious area (above the carpenter ants' "sawdust ") &, at my request, sprayed the perimeter of my house as a preventative caution.
