Inquired about some hardscape patio work and building a shade structure. Someone came out to take information and measurements. Didn't hear back for over two weeks. Kept texting and calling trying to get my estimate. Finally heard back was told they were too busy and I should go with someone else. Blowing off customers is not the best way to attract new business.
