Last week I scheduled service - then changed the appointment from Tues to Wed. AD cancelled the appointment and never rescheduled me. When they didn't show, I called. No apology for the error. "I don't know who you talked to, but you're not in the schedule. It shows you canceled." I tried to reschedule. Next appointment that worked with my schedule was a week out.
