Comically bad service. I spoke with Ben (presumably the owner of Acoustix - correction: he's not the owner, the owners replied below and did not offer to try to correct the situation and made excuses for Ben) and clearly explained what we were trying to accomplish. We received two proposals, selected one, and were told full payment was required before parts could be ordered. We paid in full. In hindsight, that should have been a red flag. It supposedly took over a month for the parts to arriv

Had Nathan in yesterday to "reassemble / reconnect" our audio systems that had been lying fallow for many months after having cut the cord with a cable TV based home theater setup. A task way too complicated for me to handle was quickly put in order and made functional by Nathan in less than 30 minutes. This guy has unbelievable knowledge and skills. Can't thank Acoustix/ Nathan enough! Hire him!

Acoustix audio and video installed celebright permanent lights around our entire home today and they are stunning. Kevin and his team did an exceptional job and had great communication through out the entire project. If you want permanent holiday lighting I highly recommend Acoustix audio and video.
