I spoke with a lady I believe is from customer service, the work on my commercial property was completed but she spent time arguing and calling me names on why I should pay for work done without any supporting documents for the work done. I still paid $1200 without any documentation to show how much was pulled out from my sewer system. She was Extremely disrespectful and she really shouldn’t be in a customer service role.
