I've been an Ace member for a long time but I've never been to the Bisbee store. It was an excellent experience. I came in with a complicated situation and Disa took charge and helped me design a solution- she is a smart cookie. She took more time than most people would to help me get what we needed. I really appreciated that. Belle and Robin were very cheerful and pleasant, and I look forward to visiting your store next time I'm in town.

Friendly, sometimes funny staff but never lacking the experience to help you decide what is best for your needs, not opinionated help, knowledgeable help, including with a little patience, the newbies who are currently employed there. Thanks Beth.
