My Sears washer began acting up on a Sunday night. I called Ace on Monday morning, and Troy came to the house that afternoon. He checked out the washer, knew exactly what the problem was. He had the part on his truck and had our machine back up and running in about 30 minutes. These folks are responsive and know what they're doing. Fantastic.
