Sent text messages back and forth on Thumbstack and regular SMS texting app for a wallpaper job. He gave me a an estimate, then stopped responding to texts once I asked a few questions . Called and vendor said didn’t receive recent texts. Gave me his email instead. He stopped responding to me after I sent the email. Hasn’t responded to texts or a couple calls since then.

I really was excited to have Accurate Painting do my wallpaper job. We had a confirmed appointment today for them to start. I took off work today too. They did not show up. They did not call or text to say they needed to cancel. They did not answer my call or text this morning either. Consumer beware that they will waste your time. So disappointed because I thought they were a reputable company : (

Accurate Wallpaper did an excellent job with wallpaper installation. They were professional, on-time, clean, courteous, and quick. I definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for wallpaper installation. Communication was open and they were very accommodating.
