Jim Mouser was at my neighbors’ house. She sent him over to my house. He checked my unit, thermostat, etc., even changed the filter for a nominal fee. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I’d call him again.

Our air conditioner has never worked so well! We’ve had technicians from other companies come out and service it but it never seemed to really fix the issue.
