Can’t maintain an appointment even though they have all your money. Claim they came to your place of residence as scheduled, but we were there the whole time—right there. No way they showed up in an invisible car and couldn’t see us right there. Rescheduled us twice now. Maybe they should reschedule someone else so that we’re not the only ones getting burned. One star seems right for what we’ve been given thus far.
