We contacted Accu to come out and do a mold inspection and give us a quote to do the mold remediation etc for one of our Airbnb Owners who was trying to sell her home. Stalin came out and then called me and told me the job was going to be around $3500 to treat it. We said great, can you send a proposal, and he said he would. 3 days later we called back and ask for proposal again. The next day Stalin called the owner and try to upsell her like crazy for about triple the quote what he told us!
