Richard was a huge help for our family during a hectic time as we were preparing to close on my grandfathers home. A mover accidentally stepped off a beam in the attic and created a hole in the ceiling, and Richard came out quickly and got it repaired in no time. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and he made a busy time so much easier to manage.
