I have been working with Outdoor accents ever since we built our house 20+ years back. Over the years I have seen their customer service deteriorate and to this present day , Lindsay is downright abnoxiose. She calls herself the manager and treats customers like dirt. If she is not removed or the services r improved, I will have to stop their services. I shall also make a complaint to the BBB about this
