Terribly appethetic, inept service. I was helping an elderly couple replace 3 sections of fence. Their price was exorbantly high. They were told the pieces would take 2 weeks to arrive. . Didn't happen..they were told " it didn't make it on to the truck." Then Academy ordered the wrong fence after they insisted they were ordering the right ones. Price is the best after shopping all other fence places

I can't comment on the quality of work but I can say that their customer service is horrible. I was told my new fencing would be installed in 3-4 weeks. When that came and went I called again and was told another two weeks. When that went by I called again and was told to call back in two days to get an time for the fence installation. I never received a call from Academy at any time advising of delays or reasons why. I cancelled the order.
