Showed up and did the job when another(smelly) company failed to

I had this company come out to clean out our septic system. The only thing good is they were on time. The worker dropped the septic cover into the septic tank! Speaking with AC Septic, they blamed us!! Stating the cover was broken. It was not broken! The wires had rusted away. The worker asked my son to get a rope. While my son was looking for the rope, the worker DROPPED the cover into the tank! They then wanted to charge us $900 to get it replaced/upgraded. All this due to their worker dro
