We had a couple of leaks in our 14+ year old roof. I fully expected that we needed a new roof. I called AC and they inspected the roof. To my surprise, they said the roof was in good shape but that we had a couple of misbehaving nails around vent flanges. They fixed those spots and we are back in business. It’s good to find honest contractors that don’t turn minor repairs into a major problem just to score a full roofing replacement job. Thank you, AC!!!
