We spent approximately $30,000 with AC Electric beginning in 2021-Present and were generally satisfied with their work (Todd & William are great) until a recent service call regarding a water intrusion issue near the area where electrical equipment had previously been installed. What disappointed us was not the disagreement itself, but how it was handled. Rather than working with us to investigate the issue and discuss potential solutions, the owner of AC Electric immediately became defensive,
